Practice makes perfect
NEAFL Eastern Conference teams have been training hard for the 2013 season. They'll hone their skills in several upcoming practice matches.
The NEAFL is back for 2013, and the Eastern Conference action is set to heat up after a blockbuster 2012 season.
Belconnen and Eastlake have played practice matches in February, with more matches to come.
Fans will get to see their new look sides for 2013 come up against some strong competition from south-east New South Wales, with the Albury Tigers, Lavington Panther and North Albury Hoppers set to make the trip to Canberra.
Tuggeranong will kick off a big fortnight of footy, coming up against Narranderah at Hughes oval on March 2, with Eastlake to play Albury Tigers and Ainslie facing off against the Hoppers the same afternoon.
March 9 will see Belconnen take on Euroa and Ainslie clash with North Albury.
Queanbeyan and Tuggeranong will play on March 14, rounding out the practice matches for the Canberra sides, with Sydney teams the Swans, Giants, Eagles and Sydney Uni to play a series of matches on March16 and 22.
